If anyone knows what this Dam is for I wanna know about it! I couldn’t see any sign of a hydroelectric plant, and surely (given it’s location) it’s not a water supply.

We got lots of rain lately and this is the result. The dam and powerstation at Tinfos (built 1955) is open and the waterfall is really impressive, and loud! We can see the “shower spray” from all over the town!
The kindergardens were visiting, kids shouting and screaming, people taking pictures all day. Such and amount of water is something we experience once or twice a year, maybe…
