The city of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Mawlamyine, Mon State, can now officially update their Facebook status to “in a relationship.” Congratulations to both cities on the Sister City agreement that was signed this weekend in Mawlamyine by a delegation from Fort Wayne Sister Cities, Prime Minister of Mon State Oo O Myint, and Mon State Minister of Development Affairs Dr. Toe Toe Aung. The Fort Wayne delegation met with Ambassador Mitchell in Yangon before traveling to Mawlamyine, where they visited a high school, toured a home stay house, and met with NGOs to discuss plans for future cultural, business, and educational exchange programs between their cities.

Facebook community – How many of you have updated your relationship status recently?
