My wedding day was truly a day to remember. Things started out well as we had a full crowd and everything was on time. However, as my wife and I were walking down the aisle, we heard a commotion somewhere in the back of the room. One of my cousins had gotten into it with two of her cousins and apparently it got ugly. Fortunately, for us, the other guests took care of the warriors by ushering them outside so the wedding ceremony could continue. As we were exchanging vows, however, my uncle who was sitting at a nearby table suddenly fell to the ground. We later learned that he had a heart attack. As it was, our wedding song was interrupted by the sound of sirens as ambulances came rushing to take him to the hospital. He did survive the heard attack. Finally, it was all over and my wife and I got into the limousine which was to take us to our hotel where we had hoped to have a romantic night together. It was not to be. On the way to the hotel, the limousine struck a taxi and while thankfully my wife was not hurt, my right foot was broken. As a result, I spent my wedding night not in the arms of my lovely wife, but in a hospital hugging a cold useless pillow. What a wild wedding it was!
