ကလေးသူငယ်-( ၃)

*ပုဒ်မ ၃၆၉ ( 369)*

( kidnapping or abducting of children under 10 years old with the intention
to steal from the child

shall be punishable imprisonment up to 7 ears.

( အသက်၁ဝ နှစ်အောက် ကလေး ကိုယ်မှ့ ပစ္စည်း တစ်ခု့ခု့
ခိုးယူလျှင်၊မရိုးသားသောအကြံ ဖြင့်သွေးဆောင်ဆွဲခေါ် လျှင်။ ထိုသူကိုထောင် ၇
နှစ် အထက် အပြစ်ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။)

* ပုဒ်မ ၃၇ဝ (370)*

( buying or disposing of any person as a slave ) ( whoever
imports,exports, removes, buys, sells or disposes of any person as a salve,)

shall be punishable imprisonment up to 7 ears.

(တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက် မည်သူကိုမဆို ကျွန်အဖြစ်ဝယ်ယူမှု။စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု။ )

(တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက် မည်သူကိုမဆို ကျွန်အဖြစ် နိုင်ငံတွင်းသို့
သွင်းလျှင်။နိုင်ငံပြင်ပ သို့ ထုတ်လျှင်၊ဝယ်လျှင်၊ လူကုန်ကူးသူမည်သူကိုမဆို
ထိုသူကိုထောင် ရ နှစ် အထက် အပြစ်ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

*ပုဒ်မ ၃၇၁ ( 371 )*

( habitual dealing in slaves ) ( whoever habitually imports , exports ,
removes, buys, sells, traffics, or deals in slaves ) shall be punished will
transportation for life .

( အမြဲတစ်သေ ကျွန်ရောင်းဝယ်မှု ) ( ကျွန်များကို အမြဲ တစ်စေ နိုင်ငံသွင်းသို့
သွင်းလျှင်၊ နိုင်ငံ ပြင်ပသို့ ထုတ်လျှင်၊ အရောင်းအဝယ် ပြု လျှင် လူကုန်ကူးသူ

ထိုသူကို ထောင် ဒဏ် တစ်သက် တစ် ကျွန်း ၊ အထိ အပြစ်ပေးနိုင် ပါတယ်။

*ပုဒ်မ ၃၇၂ ( 372 )*

( selling minor for purposes of prostitution )( whoever sells, lets to hire
or otherwise disposes of any person under the age of eighteen years )

shall be punishable imprisonment up to 10 years.

( အရွယ်မရောက်သေးသော သူကို ပြည့် တန်စား ကိစ္စ ရောင် းမှု )

(လူမျိုးစု၊ဘာသာ ၊ဓလေ့ထုံးတမ်းစဉ်လာအရ မိဘ သဘောတူညီ အသိအမှတ်မပြုဘဲ

တရားဝင် လက်ထပ် ထိမ်းမြားထားခြင်းမရှိဘဲ မတရား ကာမ စပ်ယှက်စေရန် ၊ အသက် ၁၈
နှစ် အောက် မိန်းကလေးတစ်ဦးကို ရောင်း၊ငှား၊လွှဲပြောင်း၊ ပေးသူ ) ထောင်ဒဏ်အနဲ
ဆုံး ၁ဝ နှစ် အထိ အပြစ်ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

* ပုဒ်မ ၃၇၃ ( 373 )*

( purchase of under 18 for prostitution ) ( whoever buys,hires,or
otherwise obtains possession of any person under eighteen years , used for
the purpose of prostitution )

( အရွယ်မရောက်သေးသူကိုပြည့်တန်စာ အလို့ ငှာ ဝယ်ယူမှု)

(အရွယ်မရောက်သေးသူ အသက် ၁၈ နှစ် အောက် မိန်းကလေးတစ်ဦး ကို ပြည့်တန်စာ အဖြစ်
အသုံးပြု ရန် ငွေပေးဝယ်ယူသူ ၊ မည်သူမဆို ထောင်ဒဏ်အနဲ ဆုံး ၁ဝ နှစ် အထိ
အပြစ်ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

*ပုဒ်မ ၃၇၅ / ၃၇၆ ( 375/ 376 )*

( RAPE CASE )

( sexual intercourse with a woman , without her consent, )

( မုဒိန်းမှု ) ( အရွယ်ရောက်ပြီးသော မိန်းမဖြစ်သောငြားလဲ မိန်းကလေးက

အလိုမတူငြင်းဆန်၊ခွင့် မပြု ဘဲ အတင်း အဓမ္မ ကာမ စပ်ယှက် လျှင် မုဒိန်းကျင့်သူ
ကို ထောင်ဒဏ် ၁ဝ နှစ်မှ့ တစ်သက်တစ်ကျွမ်း အထိအပြစ် ပေးနိုင်သည်။

* ပုဒ်မ ၃၇ရ ( 377 )*

(unnatural offences ) ( whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against
the order of nature with any man,woman, animal ) shall be punished with
transportation for life ., up to 10 years .

( ဓမ္မတာ နှင့် ဆန့်ကျင်သော လိင်ဆက်ဆံမှု ) (
ယောက်ကျားဖြစ်စေ။မိန်းမဖြစ်စေ။တိရစ္ဆာန် နှင့် ဖြစ်စေ ဓမ္မတာ နှင့် ဆန့် ကျင်သော
ကာမစပ်ယှက်မှု ကို ပြု လျှင် ထိုသူကို တသက်တကျွန်းဖြစ်စေ၊ ဆယ်နှစ် အထိ ဖြစ်စေ
အပြစ်ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။
