“The Chinese and Burmese leaders are like-minded (in being cruel).”

IS THIS TRUE?

LET’S FIND OUT!

LET’S NOT BE MISLED…. OR, WORSE, MISUSED BY OTHER COUNTRIES.

Chinese leaders call for all-out efforts to rescue passengers in train crash accident

http://www.newsgd.com/news/homepagenews/content/2011-07/25/content_27160909.htm

Extracts:

Chinese President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao (both) called for all-out efforts to rescue passengers and ordered to make rescue work a priority…

Vice Prime Minister, Railways’ Minister and deputy ministers, Governor, Standing Committee and high officials rushed to the scene….

(Compare with the SPDC Junta, during Nargis Cyclone. Junta was giving its “all out efforts” [pushing] for the referendum not for the Nargis victims).

Rescue workers search for survivors after China train crash kills 35

Reuters – 07/24/2011

http://www.eitb.com/news/world/detail/708186/rescue-workers-search-survivors-china-train-crash-kills-35/

….Rescuers said they were still looking for survivors, trying to reach the broken carriages lying under the bridge.

“The task for us now is to clear the debris and also to check for survivors in those areas that we have not gone to,” said 35-year-old rescue worker Wang Jun….

(None of those from the SPDC Junta during Nargis disaster. During a “critical” time, it took its own sweet time to let in the many NGO’s waiting in neighboring countries. It was prioritizing for the referendum, instead.)

Rescue effort on at China high-speed train crash (Second Lead)

http://www.anhourago.eu/show.aspx?l=13073393

….Rescue workers cut through the train wreckage in order to find survivors and resume railway traffic.

Zhejiang Satellite TV quoted rescuers as saying that the train’s black-box recorder has been recovered.

Vice Premier Zhang Dejiang arrived at the site to direct rescue efforts….

(Junta Chairman Than Shwe turned up much later at the Delta to see the cyclone victims. Yet, the Nargis victims were many times the China train crash victims. Nargis victims, dead or missing, were over 200,000. Though the train crash victims were much smaller in size, about 200, high Chinese officials rushed in immediately. Big difference!)

China doubles train crash compensation

Rescue effort on at China high-speed train crash (Second Lead) (24 Jul 2011 11:45)

Beijing, July 30 (IANS) China has almost doubled the compensation to 915,000 yuan ($143,000) for the relatives of those killed in last week’s devastating train crash.

The compensation has been raised from 500,000 yuan to 915,000 yuan ($143,000). This one-off aid is expected to help cover the living expenses of the victims’ children, China Daily reported Friday.

The money will be paid to the families of all those killed in the accident. Those who already received the previous offer will also be compensated as per the revised amount.

However, the railways ministry is yet to determine a compensation package for those injured.

(Was there a compensation from the SPDC Junta for Nargis victims?

LOL! None!

Just interference, suspicions, and looking after their thrones.

Local officials were even trying to steal or substitute the donated goods! Though the Chinese compensation is not the victims’ relatives’ objective; this sum, about Yuan 915,000 (USD 143,000), is substantial and can be quite helpful).

Premier Wen thanks local people for rescue efforts after deadly train crash

http://english.peopledaily.com.cn/90001/90776/90785/7454373.html

BEIJING, July 25 (Xinhuanet) — Around twenty four hours have passed since the rear-end collision between two bullet trains in China’s eastern Wenzhou city. While the rescue effort is still underway, many people are anxiously trying to make contact with families and friends who were aboard the derailed trains.

Since the train derailment on Saturday night, Wen Zhou city’s Number 23 Middle School has been transformed into a temporary evacuation center.

Most uninjured passengers have reached their final destinations with the local government’s help. So the school now serves as an information center for families and friends of injured and missing passengers.

Major hospitals in the area have sent staff with updated information from the injured passengers to share with their families and friends. But some people are still missing…..

“The construction of high-speed railways should integrate speed, quality, efficiency and safety. And safety should be the major priority,” Wen, who has ordered an “open and transparent” probe into the accident, said.

“We must get a truthful conclusion that can endure the test of history,” he said.

“I believe that we should earnestly listen to the public’s views, treat them seriously and provide the public with a responsible explanation.

Wen also called for a two-month rail safety campaign, announced after the crash, to be widened to deal with all transport infrastructure, coal mines, construction sites, and industries dealing with dangerous chemicals.

    Dear Pare Byoke,
    Appreciate your efforts.

    Dear Villagers,
Carefully check the facial expression & posture of Chinese leaders ( at Hospital )
You can see the difference ( from our military regime )
That is what made China to become a super power.

    1. Wen acknowledged ( admitted ): “After the accident occurred, society and the public had many suspicions”
    2. “I believe that we should earnestly listen to the public’s views, treat them seriously and provide the public with a responsible explanation”
    3. “If corruption is behind this we must handle it according to law and will not be soft.

@PareByoke , Thank you for all the efforts and research for the massive informations provided from various sources of media and your opinions and comments regarding this issue. Impressive endeavours, in my opinion. It is dangerous and unfair to give verdict upon any matter just from one point of view and become bias. I think, one has to listen to both side of the stories , using one’s own good sense, not to believe any sensational rumors at the first moment but to go deeply to the causes. From these links, it’s obvious that the Chinese government is doing the best they could , which I very much doubt any other country and government could do as much possibly in the same situation.
