In fact, this is the further explanation for ကိုေပါက္(မႏၱေလး) comment in Padonmar’s Article,
“ ပဒုမၼာေရး သလုိပါဘဲ အလႊာမ်ဳးိစုံက ပညာရွင္ေတြ
ဒီလုိနဲ႔ဘဲ တုိင္းျပည္အျပင္ကိုေရာက္ခဲ႔တာ အမွန္ပါဘဲ။
သင္ထားတဲ႔ပညာနဲ႕ထုိက္တန္တဲ႔၀င္ေငြမရခဲ႔ၾကလုိ႔ပါ ”

But, this Padonmar’s Article was a very touching article for me &
this explanation seems too long, so, I made it as a post.

Dear ကိုေပါက္(မႏၱေလး),
” ထုိက္တန္တဲ႔၀င္ေငြ ” is not a main reason ( at least for us ),

(1)  The First & main reason is “ပညာတတ္ were not valued by government”

( သူတို႔ကို ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္က တန္ဖိုးမထားလို႔ )

(2)  The second reason is “သူတို႔ မ်ဳိးဆက္သစ္ေတြ ေနာင္ေရးအတြက္ လံုျခံဳစိတ္ခ်ရတဲ့ ပတ္ဝန္းက်င္ကိုေပးခ်င္လို႔”

(3)  ” ထုိက္တန္တဲ႔၀င္ေငြ ” might be a third priority.

(4)  The fourth reason is to reduce “A Ku Tho” ( misdeed )

For your information,
75 % of my friends (all are Captains & Chief Engineers) migrated to Singapore &
Naturalized (changed) as Singaporean.
Their Salary in Myanmar is between 7000 to 11000 US$ per month.
Recently, their salary in Singapore is not more than 6000 US$ ( 7200 S$ ) per month.
You can see their salary is lesser in Singapore.
They didn’t migrated to Singapore for money.

The main reason, they migrated to Singapore is the better future for their children.
Let say, better government, better education, better justice system, better ideology &
(even) better ground to reduce “A Ku Tho”.

They even confessed,
“We sacrificed our luxurious rich life in Myanmar for our children future”
(Because, now, they have no chance to become a rich person in Singapore with this salary )

One of my friends said,
He love our country “Myanmar” too much,
he waited & expected our country will better since 1988,
he terribly wanted to catch his hope,
even the chances are narrow,
even most of his friends have already migrated for so long.

But, after waiting for more than 20 years &
He didn’t see any narrow improvement for the past & for the future either.
Finally, he surrendered his hope & his wish to stay in Myanmar.
Migrated to Singapore.

Another thing is we gave a lot of tax money to our government

( as a dutiful citizen ), ( minimum 500 US$ for every month  ).

But, we have no voice in deciding our life & our country future.
We have no voice where we want our tax money to use.

We feel like we are the second-class citizens.
Of course, the first-class citizens are uneducated barbarian soldiers (alone).

We cannot stand in this situation for so long.
We are not that much stupid,
Let say, we are well educated up to international level &
Let say, we are amongst the bests of Myanmar.
(recently, Maritime Uni entrance mark is 25 marks more than Medicine )

Singapore warmly welcomes this type of management level, educated, professional people.
Then, we naturalized (changed) as Singaporean.

The last, but, not the least is,
In foreign country, we don’t need to lie much,
In addition, in foreign, you rarely see unfair practice,
As for me, this is the most important reason of why I want to stay in foreign.
I don’t need to commit much “A Ku Tho” ( misdeed ) in foreign (especially, in Australia).
Don’t forget, seeing unfair practice is also “A Ku Tho” ( misdeed ).

Unquote

Now, I feel release to say out my feeling. :P
Thanks for reading. :P
