အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စု အတၱလႏၲိတ္ ကမ္း႐ိုးတန္း တေလွ်ာက္ ျပင္းအား အဆင့္ ၃ ရိွၿပီး Irene အမည္ရွိ ဟာရီကိန္း မုန္တိုင္းၾကီးသည္ အေရွ႕ဘက္ ကမ္း႐ိုးတန္းေဒသသို႔  စေနေန႔ညမွ စတင္ ၀င္ေရာက္လာလ်က္ ရွိေနေသာေၾကာင့္ ေျမာက္ကာ႐ိုလိုင္းနား၊ ဗာဂ်ီးနီးယား၊ ေမရီလင္း၊ ကြန္နက္တီကပ္၊ နယူးေယာက္နဲ႔ နယူးဂ်ာစီ ျပည္နယ္ မ်ားရွိ ေဒသဆိုင္ရာ အာဏာပိုင္အဖြဲ႕မ်ားက အေရးေပၚ အေျခအေန တစ္ရပ္အျဖစ္ ေၾကာ္ျငာထားေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။
အေမရိကန္ ျပည္ေထာင္စု၏ ေတာင္ဘက္ ကာရစ္ဘီယံ ကၽြန္းစုထဲရွိ ဘဟားမားကၽြန္း၌ တနာရီလ်င္ ေလတိုက္ႏႈန္း ၁၁၅ မိုင္နႈန္းျဖင့္ ၀င္ေရာက္ တိုက္ခတ္လ်က္ ရွိေနေသာ ဟာရီကိန္းမုန္တိုင္း အိုင္ရင္းသည္ စေနေန႔ညမွ စတင္ျပီး ေျမာက္ကာ႐ိုလိုင္းနားျပည္နယ္သုိ႔ အရင္ဆံုး စတင္ ၀င္ေရာက္လာမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းလည္း သိရသည္။

ေျမာက္ကာ႐ိုလိုင္းနားျပည္နယ္၏ ကမ္းေျခတေလွ်ာက္၌ ေဒသခံမ်ား ႏွင့္ ေႏြရာသီ အပန္းေျဖခရီး ေရာက္ရိွေနသူမ်ားကို ေဒသဆိုင္ကာ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရး အဖြဲ႕၀င္မ်ားက အလ်င္အျမန္ ေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းေပးလ်က္ ရွိေနသည္။
ျပည္ေထာင္စု အေရး အေျခအေနမ်ား စီမံခန္႔ခဲြေရး ေအဂ်င္စီရဲ႕ အႀကီးအကဲ Craig Fugate က “ဟာရီကိန္းမုန္တိုင္း အိုင္ရင္းဟာ ကမ္း႐ိုးတန္း တေလွ်ာက္ကိုသာ တိုက္ခတ္မွာ မဟုတ္ဘဲ ကုန္းတြင္းပိုင္းကိုလည္း ၀င္ေရာက္ ေမႊေႏွာက္ တိုက္ခတ္မယ့္ မုန္တိုင္းအမ်ဳိးအစား ျဖစ္တယ္” ဟု သတင္းေထာက္မ်ားကို ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

ဟာရီကိန္းမုန္တိုင္း အိုင္ရင္းေၾကာင့္ ေလျပင္း႐ိုက္ခတ္မႈမ်ား၊ ေရလႊမ္းမိုးမႈမ်ား တစ္ဆက္တည္း ဆက္လက္ ျဖစ္ေပၚ လာႏုိင္ကာ သစ္ပင္ပ်ိဳလဲမႈ၊ တုိက္တာ အေဆာက္အဦးမ်ား ျပိဳပ်က္မႈ ႏွင့္ အျခား ထိခိုက္ဆံုးရံႈးမႈမ်ာ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာႏုိင္သည္ဟု လည္း ၄င္းက ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။
အမ်ဳိးသား ဟာရီကိန္းမုန္တိုင္း ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေရးဌာန ၫႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴး Bill Read ကလည္း ဗာဂ်ီးနီးယား ႏွင့္ ေမရီလင္းျပည္နယ္ ၂ ခုအနီး ကိုလံဘီယာခ႐ိုင္အတြင္း ပါ၀င္ေနေသာ ၀ါရွင္တန္ဒီစီ ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္ကိုပါ ဟာရီကိန္းမုန္တိုင္း အိုင္ရင္း တိုက္႐ိုက္ က်ေရာက္ႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း သတိေပးခ်က္မ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ထားျပီး ယေန႔ ထုတ္ ေဒးလီးေမးလ္ သတင္းစာကမူ “ဟာရီကိန္းၾကီး လာေနျပီ နယူးေယာက္မွ အျမန္ထြက္သြားၾကပါ” ဟု ႏိုးေဆာ္ေရးသား ထားသည္။

ကမ္းရိုးတမ္း ေဒသရွိ ရပ္ကြက္ ငါးခုမွ ျပည္သူမ်ား မျဖစ္မေန ေနရပ္ရင္းမွ အျမန္ထြက္ခြါၾကရန္ နယူးေယာက္ ျမိဳ႕ေတာ္၀န္က ပထမအၾကိမ္ အမိန္႔ ထုတ္ျပန္လိုက္သည္။ စေနေန႔ နံနက္ေစာေစာတြင္ ကုန္းတြင္းပိုင္း ၀င္ေရာက္မည့္ ဟာရီကိန္းမုန္တိုင္း ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ျပီး အေမရိကန္ သမၼတ အိုဘားမားကလည္း “သမိုင္းတစ္ခြင္မွာ မၾကံဳစဖူး ထူးတဲ့၊ သဘာ၀ ေဘးဒဏ္ၾကီး ေရာက္လာေတာ့မယ္လုိ႔ အေျခအေနအရပ္ရပ္ကေတာ့ ညြန္ျပေနပါျပီ။ လာမယ့္ရက္ပိုင္းအတြင္း ဟာရီကိန္း အိုင္ရင္းရဲ႕ ဒဏ္ကို ခံရမလားဆိုတာ ေသခ်ာမသိေပမယ့္ အေမရိကန္ ျပည္သူေတြကို ကာကြယ္ဖို႔ ၾကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္မႈေတြ လုပ္ထားပါတယ္။ ေရ၊ လွ်ပ္စစ္မီး ျပတ္ေတာက္မႈေတြ ျဖစ္လာနုိင္တဲ့ အေရးအေပၚ ၾကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္မႈေတြ ျပဳလုပ္ထားၾကပါ။ အေရးေပၚ သတင္းထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္ေတြကို နားစြံ႕ေပးပါ” ဟု အေမရိကန္ ျပည္သူမ်ားသို႔ အိုဘားမ်ားက ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။
