HOW YOU FIND ONE OF THE CONSTITUTION LAWS OF 2008
fattyActually I do not understand the politic too much, but one of the constitution laws means like this ; –
……. For the governor, there must be no action whatever they do according to their duties ………
……..That means that if they arrest us, kill us, fire us, violence us when we, the ordinary people, ask for what we need , taking any action is not allowed.
……………. I have been considering about this law again and again …..
………. What did you find that law ! If somebody understands it well, I request to explain more clearly, please.

Hi Fatty,
It is brilliant finding.
It means whatever the military chief thinks he need to do, he will do so. He is the chief in new parliament. He can ask the parliament to rubber stamp his action so that it will become legal act. The chief can kill millions and say that they are rebels. The parliament must make themselves ready to endorse and legalise this mass murders. There will be no one on this planet to question his criminality. The question will becomes crime and questioner will face firing squad. I worried about Daw Suu. Legalised military fascist who is recognised by Useless Nations of UN can kill Daw Suu. Than Shwe is making the current military regime the legal guardian of Burma. People will become total slave of Fascist Military Regime. When he died, he will be immortalised by his subordinate Generals so that he could avoid the violent retirement of Ex-Dictator Ne Win. Than Shwe`s family will be well looked after by the legalised devil empire. I hope it clear the meaning of constitution. ( Finally Than Shwe will join his master Gen Ne Win in the deepest layer of AWISI forever for his multiple crimes against humanity)

ကျနော် နိုင်ငံရေး သိပ် တော့နားမလည်ပါဘူး ဒါပေမဲ့ အဲဒီဥပဒေက ပေါ်တင်ကြီး ဖြစ် နေတယ်လေ။ လူငယ်အများစု ကလည်း စိတ်ဝင်စား ရကောင်းမှန်း မသိကြတော့ပါဘူး။
သူတို့အပြစ်မဟုတ်ဘူးလေ ….. သိတဲ့အတိုင်း ….. ရင်လေးပါတယ်ဗျာ။

Constitution of Burma
1948 Constitution – 1962 အာဏာသိမ်းတော့ပျက်တယ်။ ၁၄နှစ်ခံတယ်။ အချိန်ယူပြုစုရတဲ့အချိန်တော်တော်တိုမယ်ထင်တာပဲ။ ၁၉၄၈ မှာလွတ်လပ်ရေးရတယ်ဆိုတော့လေ..။ ဦးချန်ထွန်း နာမယ်ခံထားပေမဲ့…..ဗိုလ်ချုပ်အောင်ဆန်း အဓိက လုပ်သွားတယ်ပြောကြတယ်။
1974 Constitution – 1988 မှာ မဆလက စစ်တပ်အာဏာသိမ်းနိုင်ဖို့အတွက်ရက်ပိုင်းကြိုဖျက်ပေးလိုက်တယ်။ ဆိုတော့…၁၄နှစ်ခံတယ်။ ဦးနေဝင်းက ၆၂ကစလုပ်နေတယ်ဆိုရင် ၁၂နှစ်ကြာပြုစုတယ်ဆိုရမယ်ပေါ့။ ပထမတခါ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်ဖြစ်တဲ့ ၁၉၅၈-၆ဝ တန်းနဲ့တွက်လို့ ၁၉၆ဝမှာ လူမသိအောင်တိတ်တိတ်လေးလုပ်နေတယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ …၁၉၆၀-၁၉၇၄ ..၁၄နှစ်ပဲ…။
2008 Constitution – ဒါကတော့ ကမ္ဘာ့စံချိန်တင်တယ်။ Guinness World Records book ထဲထည့်လို့ရမယ်။ (ဟိုမှာ..အသက်အကြီးဆုံး မြန်မာအမျိုးသမီးကို စာရင်းဝင်အောင်လုပ်တာထက်စာရင် ဒါက အထောက်အထားနဲ့မို ့ပိုလွယ်မလားပါပဲ -စကားချပ်)၊ ပြုစုတာ အနှစ်၂ဝ ကြာသွားတယ်ဆိုပါတော့။ ၁၄နှစ် ဝိုင်းကြီးပါတ်ပါတ် ပုံသေနည်းနဲ့တွက်ရင် ၁၉၉၄ ကစလုပ်တာဖြစ်ရမယ်..။ အဲဒါဆိုရင်တော့ ဗေဒင်ကိန်းခန်းအရ …စကထဲကပျက်မဲ့ ကိန်း ကြုံတယ်။
ထားပါတော့..
ကျုပ်စိတ်ထင်တော့ ..ဒီအခြေခံဥပဒေ သိပ်ကြာကြာကြီး မသွားပါဘူး။ ၁၄ သံသရာနဲ့တွက်လို ့ ၂ခုထပ်ရင်တောင် ၂၈နှစ်ဆိုတော့…၂၀၁၆မှာ ပျက်မှာပေါ့။
ဒါပေမဲ့..ကြည့်ရတာ…အခုရှိနေတဲ့ တပ်မတော်အကြီးအကဲသေတာနဲ့ .. အာဏာသိမ်းပွဲတခုခုနဲ့သွားမှာပါပဲ..။

2008 constitution had died within days. One of the minister said military will stage coup d’etat if they do not win election. The military does not respect their own law and crushed with the military boot. Constitution 2008 had died. Finished.

although 1947 constitution was short-lived due to militarization by Gen Ne Win, it is well referenced by 2 successive constitutions: 1972 and 2008 (to seek supports that they are still legitimized.) 1947 constitution was dictated by our beloved Gen Aung San. His vision of the birth of our motherland has been systematically destroyed by repressive military regimes. Poor 60 millions people are subject to all those perils!
