Note for # 8: Monks live in monasteries not on worship places or assembly places like Lecture Halls, Pagodas, “Thein,” etc.

Note for # 9: Monasteries, owned by monks as a whole, would come under the Junta appointed Maha Sangha Council’s supervision, per monks’ rules. It could then send their “government monks” to replace the current monks, etc. Good for the  L A community and monks?
