ခရီးသည်သို ့-

ခရီးသည်သို ့-                                To the traveler-

အကြောင်းအကျိုး၊                          cause and effect

ကောင်း-ဆိုး နှစ်ဝ၊ပြုံး-မဲ့ကြဖြင့်along with good and evil, glad and sorrow

ဆုံး-စ ဝေးစွာ၊ သံသရာဝယ်               in circle of life, so far no start and end

အို-နာ-သေ ချုပ်၊ အမှောင်ရှုပ်သည့်    old, sick, die and complicated with delusion

နာမ်-ရုပ် ခန္ဓာ၊ ဖြစ်-ပျက် ရာကို         towards the impermanent of mind and matter

မြင်လွှာဝကွက်၊ စုံကန်းလျက်ကြောင့် because of the ignorance, none seeing

မနက် လောဘ၊ နေ ့ ဒေါသနှင ့်          with greed in morning, anger at daytime

မောဟ ညမှာ၊သုံးရောင်ဖြာလျက်       stupidity in night also , daily in three rays

ရှည်ကြာတုံ ့ခေါက်၊ခရီးလျှောက်သည်  walking to travel and return to long-term

လွတ်မြောက်ကျင့်ဘွယ် ဘယ်ခါနည်း။ when the way of deliverance from sufferings is ?

随着善恶，高兴和悲伤

在生活圈子到目前为止，无开始结束

老病死 和合并妄想的

对心物身体的无常

因为无知，没有看到

在上午与贪婪，愤怒在白天

愚蠢的夜晚，每天三线

走路去着旅行，返回来长久

当从痛苦的解脱方法是什么？
