Thank you Dr winthan for submitting important legal document on the message board like here. I pay my full respect to the complainant who write the normal letter to the so-called authority about corruption, black mail and money embezzlements in Tachileik. We knew that all officer mentioned in the letter are highly corrupted and arrogant so that they are well qualified to be officers in Myanmar criminal forces. The authority you are sending letter if the most corrupt and murderous. Not surprisingly, Criminal Than Shwe is shining example of how to rape the whole country under the threat of missile and tanks for criminal forces to follow. We can not expect courtesy reply or whatever response from them. Probably one of the crony cleaner might throw it into bin.
But it is our duty to write complaint letter, keep the copy document, sent the document on the message boards like here. These legal document will be used by international lawyers to compile the cases against the Junta. We all have to contribute to this purpose to incriminate Than Shwe and co. Silence help the abuser to continue his bad acts. Keep the good work. Well done.
