Classic meets Jazz concert at the Inya Lake hotel

Coming Sunday (the 8th of August) yet another concert in the Inya Lake. A bit of a different program then Victor Goldberg offered us last week though. Gösta Müller, the United Yangon Chamber orchestra and Gitameit are organising a recital that evening with the title “Classic meets Jazz”. It is promising to be a culturally challenging evening with music by Strauss, Vivaldi and others as well as well known Jazz composers. Gösta Müller has already been several times in Myanmar, giving workshops for young musicians at Gitameit Music Center. The concert starts at 7:00 PM in the lobby of the Inya Lake hotel. The entrance is free.
