I think it depands on their movement. I am also calculating about that. As we all know so far there is no effective movement. for instant, .. from the bus stop to any apartment or flat , no need to bring
umbrella when it rains . There is long passage with roof from bus-stop to the houses.
And let’s say … for 25 stories- building they use only one water tank and pump.
In myanmar for 8 story – building, 16 families, they use 16 motors …. this is one thing we have to consider.

It has been long time in such a way that condition more than 15 years, probably.
China has attained the status more than double of Singapore, now. (i.e. physical structure).
Please explore the today’s Shanghai, if possible.
There is alone left behind – what would be?

I don’t think Myanmar will reach to recent Singapore’s status
within 15 years.
It will take more than 25 years to reach there ( material status alone ).
For moral status, it will take more.
