You are warmly invited to the ceremony of the 65th birthday of our beloved leader, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.

Let’s celebrate the auspicious birthday of the people’s leader of Burma and the democracy icon of the world. Let’s pay tribute to her unrivaled national leadership, her sacrifices for the people and her relentless effort for the freedom of Burma. Let’s show that we, the people, are with her.

We will be serving the monks with breakfast in her name and the program details are as follow:

Venue: Toa Payoh Burmese Buddhist Temple

Date: 20 June 2010 (Sunday)

Time: (1) 10:00am ~ 12:30pm
Serving the guests with lunch (Mok-Hin-Kha + Burmese Tea)

(2) 12:30pm ~ 1:30pm
Listening to Dhamma Discourse (Swan Ah-Nu-Maw-Da-Nar Ta-yar)

(3) 2:00pm ~ 4:00pm
Blood Donation at Kallang Community Center (Transportation from the temple to Kallang CC at 1:30pm)
