I have read that Tantrism involves sexual practices. In it, the lama monk sucks up and drains away the energy from the women sexual partner.

Note: Buddhist monk’s laws say it’s a defrocking offense to have sex with either a male or female. The defrocking is automatic. There is no remedy to cure this offense.
