အင်္ဂလိပ်စာရေးတတ်လိုသော် ၄ Learning to Write in English – ပါမောက္ခမျိုးကျော်မြင့်

အရင်လကဖော်ပြခဲ့တဲ့ Topic sentence လေးတွေကို ယခုလမှာ concluding sentence လေးတွေအဖြစ်ပြောင်းပြီး ရေးတတ်အောင်လေ့ကျင့်ကြပါစို့ ။ အားလုံးမှတ်မိကြပါလိမ့်မယ်နော်။ ပထမဆုံး ဖော်ပြခဲ့တာက There are three ways to deal with rejection ဆိုတဲ့ ဝါကျလေးပေါ့။ ဒီတော့ဒီ Topic sentence လေးရဲ့ မူရင်းအဓိပ္ပါယ်ကို မပျက်စေဘဲ concluding sentence လေးအဖြစ် ဒီလိုပြောင်းပြီးရေးလို့ရပါတယ်။
To sum up,we can be upset or depressed, learn from the rejection,or take a look at ourselves deeply and change whatever we need to change.
အထက်ပါဝါကျလေးတွေမှာ တကယ်တော့ rejection နဲ့ရင်ဆိုင်ရတဲ့ အခါ ဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့တုန့်ပြန်မှု သို့မဟုတ် ရလဒ်သုံးမျိုးစလုံးကို ပြန်ပြီးဖော်ပြပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ စိတ်ထိခိုက်သွားနိုင်တယ်၊ သင်ခန်းစာရသွားနိုင်တယ်၊ နောက်ဆုံးအနေဖြင့် ပြင်သင့်တာလေးတွေကို ပြင် နိုင်တယ်ပေါ့။ တချိန်က နာမည်ကြီးခဲ့တဲ့ အဆိုကျော် စိုင်းထီးဆိုင်ကိုတောင် သွားပြီးသတိရမိသေးတယ်။ သူ့ရဲ့ “သခင့်ဆီ အပြေးပြန်လာမည်”ဆိုတဲ့ သီချင်းထဲကလို “ပြင်သင့်တာတွေပြင်ပါ့မယ်၊မမိုက်တော့ပါဘူး၊ မတေတော့ပါဘူး” ပေါ့နော်။ ရေးကောင်းကောင်းနဲ့ ရေးလိုက်တာ ဝါကျနည်းနည်းလေးရှည်သွားတယ်။ လေ့လာသူများ စိတ်ရှုပ်သွားမှာ စိုးမိပါတယ်။ ဒီတော့ ဒုတိယဖြစ်တဲ့ topic sentence လေးကို ပိုမိုလွယ်ကူတဲ့ Conclusion လေးအဖြစ် ပြောင်းပေးပါ့မယ်။
Topic sentence : Friendship has three major benefits.
Conclusion : In summary, the three benefits mentioned above makes it worthwhile to make new friends and to do our best to keep old ones.
မြန်မာလိုတော့ အထက်ပါကျေးဇူး ၃ရပ်ကြောင့် မိတ်သစ်ဆွေသစ်လည်း ဖွဲ့သင့်ပါတယ်။ မိတ်ဟောင်းဆွေဟောင်းတွေကိုလဲ မိတ်မပျက်အောင် ထိမ်းသိမ်းထားသင့်ပါတယ်ပေါ့။ တတိယ Topic sentence လေးကတော့ Domestic violence has three major causes. ပါ။ ဒီဝါကျလေးကို conclusion မှာ By eliminating the three causes of domestic violence-lack of education,addiction,and lack of respect for family structure ,we can eradicate domestic violence from society. လို့ပြောင်းပေးလိုက်လို့ရပါတယ်။ နောက် topic sentence ကတော့
We can reduce crime by following three steps ဆိုတဲ့ ဝါကျလေးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီဝါကျလေးကို conclusion အဖြစ်ပြောင်းလိုက်တဲ့ အခါမှာ
The three steps mentioned above will definitely lower crime rates across the nation.လို့ရေးသားနိုင်ပါတယ်။
နောက်ဆုံးအနေနှင့် There are three possible definitions of courage. ဆိုတဲ့ topic sentence လေးကို Conclusion မှာ Of the three possible definitions of courage, I like the first one the most because I truly believe that only overcoming one’s fears can one achieve success.လို့ပြောင်းပြီးဖော်ပြပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အထက်ပါနမူနာလေးတွေကိုကြည့်တဲ့အခါ မှတ်သားစရာ နှစ်ချက်ရှိပါတယ်။ ပထမဆုံးအချက်ကတော့ Conclusion ရေးမယ်ဆိုရင် အထွေအထူးစဉ်းစားဖို့ မလိုဘူးဆိုတာသိထားပါ။ Topic sentence လေးကိုသာ ပြန်ရှာလိုက်ပြီး အဓိပ္ပါယ်တူူညီတဲ့ နောက်ဝါကျလေးတစ်ခုကို ဘယ်လိုလှည့်ပတ်ပြီး ရေးရင်ကောင်းမလဲလို့ စဉ်းစားကြည့်လိုက်ပါ။ ဒါပါဘဲ။ သင့်တော်တဲ့ conclusion လေးတစ်ခုရေးနိုင်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ကဲ paragraph တခုမှာ ပါသင့်တဲ့ supporting sentences လေးရယ်၊ conclusion လေးတွေရယ် topic sentence ရယ် သုံးမျိုးစလုံးကို သိရှိနားလည်သွားပြီဆိုတော့ paragraph အမျိုးအစားလေးတွေကို ဆက်လက်ဖော်ပြပါမယ်။ ဦးစွာပထမ အလွယ်ကူဆုံးဖြစ်တဲ့ Exemplification paragraph လေး ကို ကြည့်ကြရအောင်။ ဒီ Exemplification paragraph ဆိုတာ ကိုယ်ရေးလိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာကို topic sentence မှာ ဖော်ပြပြီး တဲ့အခါ သင့်လျော်တဲ့ ဥပမာလေးတွေနဲ့ မွန်းမံပေးထားတဲ့ ဥပမာပေးထားတဲ့ supporting sentence လေးတွေနဲ့ ဖွဲ့စည်းထားတဲ့ paragraph မျိုးကို ဆိုလိုပါတယ်။ ဆိုပါစို့ ၊ ခေါင်းစဉ်လေးက superstitions တဲ့။ ကဲ There are three major superstitions in my culture လို့ ပဲ ထားပါတော့။ ဒီဝါကျလေးရဲ့နောက်မှာ မြန်မာလူမျိုးတွေ ယုံကြည်တဲ့ Superstitions လေး သုံးခုကို နမူနာဖော်ပြပေး လိုက်ရုံ ပါဘဲ။ ဥပမာ-
-Returning home from a funeral,we should stop somewhere first before coming home.
-အဓိပ္ပါယ်ကတော့ Funeral က အိမ်ကို တိုက်ရိုက်ပြန်လာခဲ့ရင် မကောင်းဆိုးဝါး ပါလာမယ်ပေါ့။ ဒီတော့ အခြားမှာ ခဏဝင်ပြီး မကောင်းဆိုးဝါးကို ထားခဲ့သဘောပါ။ နောက်တခုကတော့ ဈေးရောင်းသူတွေနားလည်ကြပါတယ်။ ပထမဆုံးလာတဲ့ဝယ်သူကို လက်လွတ်မခံဘဲ မဖြစ်ဖြစ်အောင် ရောင်းလိုက်ဖို့ ။ ဒါမှ တနေ့လုံး ဈေးရောင်းကောင်းမယ်ပေါ့။ အကယ်၍လွတ်သွားရင် တနေ့လုံး ဘာမှရောင်းလို့မထွက်တော့ဘူးပေါ့လေ။
– The first customer of the day is very important. A salesperson must make an all out effort to sell to the first customer and even offer a huge discount if necessary. If the first customer ends up buying something, we can, rest assured that business will be humming the whole day.
နောက်ဆုံးအယူအဆတခုကတော့ လက်သည်းခြေသည်း ညှပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် ရက်ကောင်းရက်သာရွေးပြီး ညှပ်ဖို့။ တနင်္ဂနွေ နေ့တို့ သောကြာနေ့တို့မှာ လက်သည်းခြေသည်းညှပ်မိရင် ကုသိုလ်ကံမကောင်းဘူးလို့ အယူအဆရှိတတ်ကြပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ
-Never cut your nails on Sunday or Friday. Should you cut your nails on either of those two days, bad luck will befall you and your family.
အားလုံးကိုပေါင်းလိုက်တဲ့အခါမှာ ဖော်ပြပါ paragraph လေးရပါတယ်။
There are three major superstitions in my culture. First of all, we have some beliefs related to funerals.We believe that when returning home from a funeral, we should stop somewhere first before coming home.Many people believe that it is bad luck to come straight home from a funeral. Secondly, there are some beliefs linked to businesses. For instance,many store owners believe that the first customer of the day is very important .A salesperson must make an all out effort to sell to the first customer and even offer a huge discount if necessary. If the first customer ends up buying something,we can rest assured that business will be humming the whole day.Finally,there are superstitions related to personal hygiene. For instance, one must be careful when cutting one’s nails.Many believe that we should never cut our nails on Sunday or Friday. Should someone cut his or her nails on either of those two days,bad luck will certainly befall the person.In conclusion ,for better or for worse, the three superstitions mentioned above still influence the way many people lives in Myanmar today.
