3 years ago, Mount Tant Kyi Sayadaw performed a dedication ceremony in Azusa, California. In this libation ceremony, the newly completed Dhamma Hall was dedicated to SASANA. That is, the Dhamma Hall is PUBLICLY OWNED for RELIGION. It was not to be owned by a certain Monk or Monks, or Monks in general.
