These motto are the guide lines for our right attitude, right view and right contemplation in daily life & meditation which will be the causes for arising real happiness, blessings, insight, right understanding, wisdom and enlightenment.

These Anatta-Nonself Mottos(1-2011) are written by Sayadaw himself in Myanmar language and translated by his disciples of translation group.
