Cyclone victims in urgent need of help
The situation in Myanmar is reaching a crucial stage for cyclone victims. As Tzu Chi prepares to launch an international relief mission, local volunteer Lin Shuhua is playing an important role to facilitate speedy access to the disaster hit area. The local resident says she counts herself lucky to still have a home.
